How long can I rent the scanners for?Standard rental period is 1 week, minimum duration is 3 days. Monthly rental rates available. We ship to arrive 1 day before your start date so you have time to train staff. We schedule the return pickup for 1 day after you are complete.

What all is included in a rental kit?A rental kit comes complete with: Barcode / QR code scanners Docking cradle/chargers, with spare batteries Secure Wi-Fi access point Laptop base station with wireless barcode tracking software

What training and support is provided?We provide free training and 24/7 help desk. We also setup and ship your barcode scanners preconfigured to your requirements. Additional charges may apply for loading your data and custom reports.

Can I get customize applications and reports?Yes. We develop software for QR bar code scanners with industrial high speed barcode readers and can provide you with a barcode solution at a fraction of the cost of a new system.

How many scanners can I get in a rental kit?Standard rental kit sizes come in units of 4 with 4-slot cradle/charger. Minimum kit size is 2 scanners. You can rent as many scanners as you need.

How do I add a new question & answer?To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.

How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.

Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
